To meet the strategic and functional requirements of companies and administrations, IT&L@bs has put in place laboratories specialised according to the business and provided with a first-rate technical infrastructure.

CESIT laboratory: COFRAC accreditation, DCSSI approval & authorisations

Since 1992, IT&L@bs has had a Centre for the Evaluation of the Security of Information Technologies (CESIT) which has proven experience in the implementation of common criteria, European ITSEC criteria and their interpretation. The purpose of its Laboratory for Testing the Compliance of Information Systems (LTCIS) is to analyse the compliance of a product or an information system in relation to a reference set, on behalf of a requester.

FIME laboratory: ISO17025 quality accreditation

Based at Caen and in Taiwan, FIME is an independent laboratory dedicated to smartcard and non-contact technologies. This entity mainly covers the e-cash, transport, identity and health sectors. The laboratory is accredited by EMVCo, MasterCard, Visa, JCB, BAROC, Sésam Vitale, Cartes Bancaires and the STIF. This laboratory is dedicated to smartcard applications in e-cash, telecommunications, access-control and identification environments. The Rennes centre in particular is a worldwide specialist in non-contact and RFID developments.
