Whether it concerns inter-company training courses or specific courses designed to support companies in their development, our educational team of engineers/trainers, experienced in organising courses, seminars and in coaching trainers, can intervene at various levels:

• Upstream to carry out a personalised study of the requirements of the company on generic subjects or specific themes: this study, done in cooperation with the client, consists of defining a full training plan, after having evaluated the persons to be trained
• In technical support, through case studies based on current industrial projects, for which the teams to be trained must quickly learn the skills to be used
• In skills acquisition, through generic programs with the implementation of concrete cases
